

Ski Lift and Ticket Office Operating Hours:
Gudauri Lifts (Gudauri and Kobi Areas) operate daily from 10:00 to 17:00;
Night skiing – every Friday and Saturday, from 20:00 to 22:00.
Bakuriani Lifts (Didveli, Kokhta and Mitarbi Areas) operate daily from 10:00 to 17:00;
Night skiing – daily, from 17:00 to 21:30.
Mestia Lifts (Hatsvali and Tetnuldi Areas) operate daily from 10:00 to 16:00.
Goderdzi Lifts operate daily from 10:00 to 16:00.
Please note that ski passes are sold at the ticket office up to 30 minutes before the end of lift operations.

Where can I purchase a ski pass?
Ski passes can be purchased at physical ticket offices and online via MTA’s official partner resellers.
All ski pass categories are available at ticket offices located in the ski areas of Bakuriani, Gudauri, Mestia and Goderdzi.
All categories except Pensioner and Seasonal Student Ski Passes are available at:

Do I need to carry my ski pass while using the lift?
Yes. When entering the cable car, it is mandatory to have a Ski pass. You cannot use the lift with an electronic ticket or QR code.
Can I cancel a purchased ski pass?
No. Cancellation of a purchased ski pass and refund of money is not possible.
What should I do if my online-purchased ski pass does not work at the turnstile?
If an online-purchased card does not work at the turnstile, the customer can fix the technical issue at the ticket office only by presenting:

What is required to purchase a Student Ski Pass?
What is required to purchase a Student Ski Pass if I study abroad?
Students studying abroad must present a certificate from their educational institution, translated into Georgian and notarized. The certificate must confirm that the student is actively enrolled at the time of purchase.
In this case, the Student Ski Pass can be purchased only at the ticket office.
Can I purchase a Student Ski Pass online?
Yes. The Student Ski Pass is available via the partner online reseller SKIPASS.GE mobile application.
Can a lost ski pass be restored?
In case of losing a personal ski pass, the owner must report the loss at the ticket office within 24 hours.
Otherwise, the ski pass will not be restored.
Does a daily ski pass include night skiing?
No. Daily ski passes do not include night skiing. Only seasonal ski passes allow access to both day and night skiing.
Is a Night Skiing Pass sold separately?
Yes. In the price list, you can find the category “Night Skiing” with the corresponding price.
This ski pass is available both at resort ticket offices and online.
Does a seasonal ski pass in Bakuriani include toboggan access?
Yes. The seasonal ski pass includes unlimited toboggan rides.
Which slopes can I access with a Bakuriani ski pass?
In Bakuriani, M.T.A. (Mountain Trails Agency) operates the Didveli, Kokhta, and Mitarbi ski areas. An MTA ski pass provides access to all lifts and slopes within these areas, all of which are marked on M.T.A. maps.
Can I reuse last year’s Multicard?
Yes. The Multicard is reusable and can be topped up and reactivated at any time, in any season, from the date of issuance
Can two people use the same ski pass?
No. In case of using someone else’s card or providing false information on the card, the ski pass will be cancelled.

Up to what age is lift usage free?
Lift is free for children under the age of 6.
What ages fall under the “Child” and “Junior” categories?
Child: ages 6–12 inclusive
Junior: ages 13–18 inclusive
To purchase a Seasonal Junior Ski Pass, a physical ID card or birth certificate must be presented.
